We currently accept a large number of vision and health plans and are constantly adding additional plans. Insurance can be very confusing, however we work hard to get a complete understanding of your plan to help us answer any questions you may have, such as, co- pays, eligibility, and out of pocket expenses before your arrival to our office.  Vision insurance policies are often different than health insurance plans. Regular health insurance plans provide coverage normally for visits related to eye disease , injury or trauma.  However, vision insurance is a wellness benefit designed to provide routine eye care, prescription eyewear and other vision related services at a reduced cost. Therefore, we request that you provide your medical and vision insurance information to our staff at the time you make your appointment and we will assist you with which plan would be appropriate for your appointment.   Below is a listing of some of the plans that we are in network with.  Please contact our office today and schedule an appointment and our staff would be happy to answer any of your questions.
